Today, Friday, January 17, 2025, the HSU Holistic Purwakarta Commissariat Meeting was held with the theme *"Unite Perception, Strengthen Synergy to Improve Welfare and Management with Integrity"*. This activity aims to elect the Chairperson and management of the Commissariat Board of Directors who will serve in the 2025-2030 period, replacing the management that ended in the previous period, led by Arif Budiman, A.Md. Kep.

This meeting was attended by all members of the HSU Holistic Purwakarta commissariat and representatives from the hospital management. The meeting agenda includes several things, including:

1. Opening by the Temporary Chairperson
The activity began with a speech and opening by the Temporary Chairperson of the Commissariat, who conveyed the importance of this activity to strengthen synergy between members and improve the quality of management and shared welfare.

2. Election of the Chairperson of the Commissariat
The process of electing the Chairperson of the Commissariat was carried out openly through deliberation and consensus. Several candidates for the Chairperson of the Commissariat were presented by their respective supporters, and after careful discussion and consideration, a new chairperson was elected for the 2025-2030 term.

3. Election of the Board of Commissioners
After the election of the Chairperson, it was continued with the election of members of the Board of Commissioners consisting of several important positions, including the secretary, treasurer, and other members. All positions were selected by considering the track record and contribution of the candidates to the development of the previous commissariat.

4. Determination and Signing of the Minutes
After the entire election process was completed, these minutes were ratified by being signed by the newly elected Chairperson, representatives of the management of RSU Holistic Purwakarta, and the members of the commissariat who were present.

Conclusion
This meeting went smoothly, enthusiastically, and transparently, with the hope of creating better management and strengthening relations between members in order to achieve common goals. The new chairperson and administrators are expected to be able to continue the programs that have been running, as well as present innovations for the progress of the commissariat and the welfare of its members.
